1.Uses
YZQ-60E Type Cylinder Pressure Gauge is used to test maximum pressure produced by compression stroke in cylinder of gasoline engine.
It shall be used under ambient air temperature of -40°C~+60°C and relative humidity of not exceeding 90%.
2. Operational principle and structure
YZQ-60E Type Cylinder Pressure Gauge consists of pressure gauge, button, quick connector,hose and straight tube. The pressure gauge consists of connector, Bourdon tube, dial plate and indicator. When it is used, compressed gas in cylinder flow into the pressure gauge through rubber stopper or copper connector of measuring part, which brings displacement of free end of the Bourdon tube, and as a result, the indicating needle rotates by means of gear drive to indicate pressure value on the dial plate.
